• Estimated delivery after dispatch: 5–10 business days.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on your location or courier delays.

✅ Shipping Charges

• Orders of ₹5000 and above: FREE shipping anywhere in India.
• Orders below ₹5000: shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

✅ Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier details by email or message.

✅ Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping details are correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address or refusal, we may charge re-shipping fees.

• International orders are also processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

✅ Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
• Please note: Delivery timelines are not guaranteed as they depend on international carriers and customs authorities.

✅ Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot predict or control these charges.

✅ Order Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking number and courier details by email or message once shipped.

📦 Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments

We take great care in packaging and handing over your order to trusted couriers. However:

• If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, refuse it and contact us immediately.
• If you accept a damaged package, please take photos and report it to us within 24 hours.
• Lost shipments will be investigated with the courier, and remedies (if any) will depend on the investigation outcome.
